| Shipments, except in special cases in which we will inform the customer, shall be made through the postal service "Paquete Azul". Orders are processed within a maximum of 24 hours and arrive at their destination within a period of approximately 5 days. The cost of shipping is 6 €. Once the package is deposited in the mail service we will notify you by email the finder number with which you can see at any moment the state and status of your order.
If you want an express delivery service, the kind of 24 hours, please indicate it the space called "Add comments about your order" in step 1 of the buying process. The cost of this URGENT shipping system amount, on average, is about 14 €, depending on the location of the destination.
In case of seen, when receiving the order, delivery failures, mistakes, tears in the packaging, etc., please immediately phone us (977 249 928) and we´ll list the steps to make the return package or, if necessary, correct the problem, and proceed, if appropriate, to the required payment. |
