| Shipments, except in special cases that we would inform the customer, shall be made via Express Courier 48 hours. Orders are processed within 24 hours and arrive at their destination within 72 hours. If at the deadline you have not received your order or notification of the carrier, please contact us and we will track the shipment.
If you want an express delivery service, of the 24 hours time or even on the same day delivery, call us first. We will try to fix it. This service will have an extra cost which, depending on destination, can be around 3 €.
In case you notice, when receiving the product, delivery failures, mistakes, damaged packaging, etc, please call us at 977 249 928 and we will tell you the steps to follow to return package or, if necessary, correct the specific problem, and proceed, if appropriate, to your payment. |
