SHIPPING & RETURNS

Shipments, except in special cases that we would inform the customer, shall be made via Express Courier 19 hours. Orders are processed the same day they are made and arrive their destination within 24 hours, if the order has been made on weekdays and before the 13 hour. If at the deadline you have not received your order or notification of the carrier, please contact us and we will track the shipment. 

In case you notice, when receiving the product, delivery failures, mistakes, damaged packaging, etc, please call us at 977 249 928 and we will tell you the steps to follow to return package or, if necessary, correct the specific problem, and proceed, if appropriate, to your payment.
